An order is not binding on CaddyTek Australia until it has been accepted and approved by CaddyTek Australia. CaddyTek Australia must receive payment in full before an order will be accepted, approved and processed.

Payment for all products must be received before shipment, including products on back order or pre-order.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products Australia-wide using a range of reputable carriers.

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product and the delivery location. You can estimate the shipping cost for your items online before placing an order. Once you’ve added your items to the shopping cart, you’ll see the shipping cost calculator at the bottom of the cart, where you can enter your delivery postcode to calculate the applicable shipping cost.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart and added to the order total before checkout, unless free shipping is specifically stated on the relevant product listing.

Order Dispatch & Pickup

If the product is available in CaddyTek’s warehouse stock, orders placed for pickup may be collected during our business hours on the same day, subject to the order being processed and confirmed by CaddyTek.

For delivery orders, orders placed before 3:00 pm on a business day will generally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, or on weekends or public holidays, will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

Standard delivery within Australia is generally estimated at 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, peak periods, regional or remote delivery requirements, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond CaddyTek's reasonable control.

Delivery to regional and remote areas may require additional time.

To be eligible for a refund, return, exchange or warranty claim, the following terms apply. These terms are in addition to, and do not limit or exclude, any rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

12-Month Back-to-Base Warranty for Golf Buggies
3-Month Back-to-Base Warranty for Accessories

CaddyTek Pty Ltd provides a voluntary 12-month Back-to-Base Warranty for golf buggies and a 3-month Back-to-Base Warranty for accessories, commencing from the date of the original purchase tax invoice.

During the applicable warranty period, CaddyTek will, at its discretion and subject to the terms of this warranty, repair or replace a product or component that is determined to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship arising under normal use and maintenance.

“Back-to-Base” means that the customer is responsible for delivering the product to CaddyTek’s nominated service location and collecting the product from that location once the repair or warranty assessment has been completed.

This voluntary warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:

• normal wear and tear;
• misuse, abuse or negligence;
• incorrect assembly, installation or operation;
• failure to properly clean, maintain or store the product;
• accidents or external impact;
• exposure to excessive heat, water or corrosive substances;
• use of unauthorised, incompatible or defective parts or accessories; or
• repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than CaddyTek or a repairer authorised by CaddyTek.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Examples include, but are not limited to, tyres, rubber handlebar grips, elastic or Velcro straps, mesh nets, cooler bags, zippers, paintwork, beverage holders, mobile phone holders or mounts, umbrella holders, brake components and axle threads.

CaddyTek reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of any reported fault before approving a warranty repair, replacement or other remedy.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

CaddyTek does not generally accept returns for a refund or exchange where the customer has simply changed their mind, made an error when placing an order, found the product cheaper elsewhere, purchased an unsuitable gift, purchased the product for testing purposes, no longer requires the product, decides they do not like the product, or has no further use for it.

However, CaddyTek may, at its sole discretion, approve a change-of-mind return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

Where a change-of-mind return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• The return request must be made within 14 days of the original order date.
• The product must be returned and received in brand-new, unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags and seals intact where applicable.
• Products showing any signs of use, wear, damage, assembly or alteration may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to CaddyTek.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved change-of-mind returns.
• The original shipping or delivery charge is non-refundable.
• If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, CaddyTek may decline the return or offer an alternative remedy at its discretion.
• Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing requirements.

Nothing in this Change-of-Mind policy affects a customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

For most warranty issues, it is not necessary to return the entire golf buggy. If you believe a hardware component is faulty and may be covered under warranty, please first Contact our Support Team and select “Others” as the enquiry type.

Our support team will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely, which may include providing troubleshooting instructions, telephone or email assistance, or supplying replacement spare parts where appropriate.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may ask you to return the relevant item or component to our Sydney office for further testing, repair or replacement.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our Sydney office. Once the item has been repaired, tested or replaced under warranty, CaddyTek will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item to you.

Where possible, we will aim to resolve warranty issues by repairing or replacing the affected component rather than requiring the return of the entire golf buggy.

Please follow the steps below when requesting a return:

1. Submit an RA Request
   Complete the fault description and provide your tax invoice number when submitting your RA (Return Authorisation) Request online. Please select “Others” as the enquiry type. We will issue an RA number once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
2. Pack the item securely
   Re-pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging where available. Clearly write the assigned RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Include the RA form
   Please print and enclose a copy of the approved RA form with the returned item.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights, guarantees, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer and CaddyTek Australia submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision will be read down or modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where permitted by law.

If the provision cannot be read down or modified, it will be severed to the extent of the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

A failure or delay by either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

A waiver of any breach or provision will only be effective to the extent expressly given and will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or continuing right, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable order confirmation, invoice and any other documents expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement between CaddyTek Australia and the Customer in relation to the purchase of the relevant products.

They supersede any previous agreements, proposals, representations or communications relating to the same transaction, except to the extent that any representation, guarantee, warranty or obligation cannot lawfully be excluded or superseded.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to a Customer under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaddyTek Australia's liability arising from or relating to the supply of products will be limited to the remedies available under these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, CaddyTek Australia will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a Customer's use of a product, including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits or interruption of business, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where a limitation or exclusion of liability is permitted by law, CaddyTek Australia may rely on that limitation or exclusion to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits CaddyTek Australia's liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
