Following is a brief overview of our sales terms and conditions. Please read the Terms and Policy section for a complete view of our policies. Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

To be eligible for a refund, return or warranty claim, consumers must meet the following requirements:

(1) The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase tax invoice and it then lasts for 12 months.

(2) We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, simply if you have changed your mind, errors you made in your order, found it cheaper somewhere else, have bought a gift that is unsuitable, or the circumstances have changed and you no longer require the goods, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund or exchange product on a case-by-case basis. Once your return request is approved, you will be required to meet the following terms and conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of order.
• Item must be received back in brand new, unused, resalable condition, properly sealed in its original packaging. Items bearing any signs of use, worn (with original tags and/or packaging) or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to the customer only upon payment of the appropriate postage.
• Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
• 20% re-stock fee will apply.
• The original shipping charge will not be refundable.

Waranty Claim

For most of the problems, it is not necessary to return the whole buggy. You can simply email us with the details of the problem, we will send you the spare parts and easy to fix.

Return Procedure

Please use the following steps when requesting a return:

• Fill out the RA (Return Authorization) form by selection of "Others" online. We will issue you a RA nubmer once your request is approved.
• Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and write the assigned RA number clearly on the outside of package.
• Please include your return authorization form.

Payment Policy

Orders: An order is not binding upon Caddytek Australia until it is accepted & approved by Caddytek Australia; Caddytek Australia must receive payment before it will accept, approve & process an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment & back orders (pre-order).

Caddytek Australia only accept payments made by:
(1) Credit Card - 1.8% surcharge applies for VISA and Master cards
- 3.7% for American Express, JCB and Diners Club cards.
(2) Direct Deposit - It can take 2-3 business days to have the funds cleared.
(3) PayPal - 1.8% surchage applies.
(4) Cash on pick-up

Please note orders have not been paid or process within 10 days will be automatically cancelled.

Privacy Policy

CaddyTek is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Caddytek uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Caddytek only last while you' re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Security Policy

When purchasing from CaddyTek your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Other Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Caddytek Australia and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales or as defined by the Australian Consumer Law, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, and equity or otherwise, against Caddytek Australia that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable law.

Waiver

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Caddytek Australia's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Caddytek Australia and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Caddytek Australia and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

Limitation of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Caddytek Australia MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Caddytek Australia SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNIFY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Caddytek Australia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CaddyTek Australia IS APPRIASED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
